Service Description

In three sessions, we work to resolve habituated patterns of tension in your appendages. This 3-Series addresses the superficial layers of the body, teaching you how to notice tension and how to resolve patterns creating posture and movement limitations. Here is the anatomy of each session: • Session 1: Your Arms – the anatomy of your arms, especially hands and forearms • Session 2: Your Legs – the anatomy of your legs, especially feet and lower legs • Session 3: Your Choice – the anatomy of your choice The resolution of tension within more interior structures (i.e. your torso) is best addressed within the context of a 7-Series or 10-Series. NOTE: Recommended for anybody curious about series of integration therapy.

Cancellation Policy

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for any and all treatments (in-office or telephone visits), regardless of the reason for cancellation. This time is set aside solely for you, and I have made myself available to you for our work together. My full hourly fee is assessed for sessions cancelled within the 24-hour cancellation period. Please understand that I will not be able to support your healing in my practice if you are unable to agree and adhere to this policy.
