Bodywork Therapy

Structural Integration

  • Structural Integration is a system of manual and movement therapy (sensorimotor education) that aims to improve human biomechanical functioning as a whole rather than to treat particular symptoms.

  • These sessions address acute and specific needs within your body.

  • If you're interested in more a more transformative and educational therapeutic experience, please consider enrollment in a series of sessions here.

  • Recommended for anybody.

Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR)
  • This is the ultimate powernap – a guided hands-on session of NSDR.

  • NSDR protocols are used to enhance the learning process by reducing day-time fatigue and improving focus.

  • NSDR can also greatly enhance your sleep, boost your mood, and promote neuroplasticity – the ability of your brain to change, heal and grow.

  • Recommended for anybody.

Sensorimotor Interventions
  • These sessions use a whole body vibration plate and/or inversion table with hands-on assistance.

  • Sensorimotor interventions improve your balance by resetting your vestibular system (the part of your nervous system that provides the sense of balance and the information about body position that allows rapid compensatory movements in response to both self-induced and externally generated forces).

  • You will receive instruction on posture and breathing to make the most of this session.

  • Recommended for clients who’ve completed a 10-Series.
