Core Series (7 Sessions)

Service Description

In seven sessions, we work to resolve habituated patterns of tension in your appendages and your torso. This 7-Series builds upon the Surface Series (3-Series) to address deeper tension and restrictions that traverse and impact territories within your body, particularly along the spine, that obstruct optimal function within your structure, while teaching you how to resolve patterns creating posture and movement limitations. Here is the anatomy of each session: • Session 1: Your Hands – the anatomy of your hands and respiratory diaphragm • Session 2: Your Feet – the anatomy of your feet • Session 3: Your Shoulders – the anatomy of your shoulder girdle • Session 4: Your Hips – the anatomy of your pelvic girdle • Session 5: Your Abdomen – the anatomy around your anterior spine • Session 6: Your Back – the anatomy around your posterior spine • Session 7: Your Head – the anatomy above your spine The integration of your entire structure is best addressed within the context of a 10-Series. NOTE: Recommended for anybody new or familiar with integration therapy.
